Balancing of expenditures

 

ANT Studio Factory Portal measures and balances expenditures of:

• electricity
• thermal energy
• gas
• compressed air
• water
• circulating water
• the flow of the chemical substances, according to their composition and compound throughout the production

 

Data collected from meters can be converted and reported in optional way. For example: expenditure of energy can be compiled in report for selected machine, for chosen quantity of product, for defined time interval. In that, you can create charts showing real costs of energy, necessary to produce relevant product.

 

Measuring data are presented on synoptic diagrams, as charts, graphs, and reports.
